Who said that Rosé is only to be consumed in summer? 🏖
It’s true that in summer we don’t really fancy reds, we prefer lighter wines such as white wine or rosé, but it doesn’t mean that rosé can’t cover 12 months in a row. Conclusion: it can be as delicious in winter as it is in summer and the bubblier, the better.🍾
Here a suggestion: try the new Ecological Brut Rosé by Vilarnau, a rather small cava producer from the capital of the cava Sant Sadurní☀️. The last Thursday the company held an event in Caelis, the Michelin-starred🌟 restaurant whose Chef is Romain Fornell, to present the new rosé cava as well as the new labels for the rest of the collection to the press 📰.
Ecological Brut Rosé by Vilarnau
A few years ago, the winery embraced ecological agriculture and the new rosé is the first step to a full ecological wine portfolio. With 85% of Grenache and 15% of Pinot Noir, it’s a perfectly delicate and tender cava with a smooth structure and a very pale rosé colour. 💗🍇 In nose, we find roses and ripe red fruits aromas and in mouth, it is incredibly elegant, creamy and crisp. It is important to mention that this is a single vineyard Cava from Vilarnau d’Espiells vineyard.
Et voilà, in case you are looking for a new wine for these holidays, here you have a suggestion!
